Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Avleen08 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
