About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team at the University of Prince Edward Island. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our executive committees and boards of directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data to prepare comprehensive documents and reports.
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and present reports and documents to executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss issues and assess courses of action.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law or public administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
