As we continue to evolve and expand, ABI is in search of an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to enhance our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for industrial baking equipment that align with client requirements and engineering standards.
- Introduce creative solutions throughout the design phase.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine equipment designs.
- Diagnose issues and provide support for production processes.
- Monitor project timelines and guide junior engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and cost analysis.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Valid passport and driver's license for potential international travel.
