About the Role: Business Analyst - Agile Project Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our agile projects by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure that the user experience aligns with business objectives and user expectations.
  • Estimate project effort, plan tasks, and manage project timelines to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of ETL tools (Talend, Informatica).
Languages

Fluency in English is essential for this role.
