Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Leamington. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients/guests with special needs, coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, maintaining operation of computer systems, and requisitioning materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Client/Guest Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
