Key duties include analyzing time-motion studies and the efficiency of maintenance, production, and other operational tasks to set standard production rates and enhance overall productivity.
The engineer will also be tasked with interpreting engineering schematics, diagrams, and formulas, collaborating with management and engineering teams to establish quality and reliability benchmarks. Furthermore, this role involves reviewing worker logs, product processing documentation, and specification sheets to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, assisting in the organization of work assignments, and developing charts, graphs, and diagrams to depict workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
