About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and facilitate the onboarding process for our clients. As a Sr. Technical Project Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the technical build of our safety/risk and accident management platforms meets our high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring custom client requirements are met.
- Oversee the building and testing process in coordination with our IT resources.
- Act as the technical SME for client onboarding, ensuring accurate programming via SQL.
- Facilitate the collection of all requirements from the business implementation team.
- Assess potential risks and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
- Work in partnership with our New Business Implementation team to develop and track relevant Quality Assurance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Business Analyst experience required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
- Technical background with SQL, stored procedures, and relational database concepts.
- Experience leading small to medium IT projects or sub-teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
