Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors and hallways
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, debris, and refuse
  • Manage waste by emptying trash cans and containers
  • Ensure windows, interior walls, and ceilings are washed and maintained
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs
  • Conduct minor appliance repairs
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Care for plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
