- Engaged in the hospitality industry, including hotels, motels, resorts, and restaurants

- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors and hallways
- Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, debris, and refuse
- Manage waste by emptying trash cans and containers
- Ensure windows, interior walls, and ceilings are washed and maintained
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs
- Conduct minor appliance repairs
- Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
- Care for plants, lawns, and gardens
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers
- Polishing and waxing machines
- Power tools
- Small tractors for lawn and snow removal
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
- Capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
