About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at The Siam Restaurant Company Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to the highest standards.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
