Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Risk Management Analyst to join our team. This role involves a comprehensive approach to evaluating and overseeing third-party relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing monitoring of third-party partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Deliver risk advisory services to enhance business operations, ensuring optimal performance and effective management based on criticality and risk assessment.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework, policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Support independent oversight of outsourced activities, promoting robust third-party risk governance practices.
  • Encourage proactive measures within the business to address identified operational risks in line with the Third-Party Lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of risk-focused governance strategies, policies, frameworks, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in third-party risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of third-party governance, operational risk, and compliance within the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Experience in contract development, negotiation, and collaboration.
