About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our sales and customer engagement team, you will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person and through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
  • Financial Product Education: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
  • Financial Cross-Sales and Add-On Products: Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts and secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and Integrity: Compassionate and operate with integrity on every sale – will care deeply for our customers.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Bring some experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Credentials: Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
