About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including loading buspans and trays, and packaging take-out food.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Stocking and Inventory: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
