Sales Manager for Multi-Property Portfolio
The Silver Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for Multi-Property Portfolio. This role is pivotal in fostering, nurturing, and managing robust relationships with current, past, and prospective guests, all while optimizing revenue across our diverse hotel offerings. You will collaborate closely with hotel teams to ensure outstanding guest service and achieve strong financial outcomes. Your participation in sales and marketing strategies will be crucial for the properties' success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing guest accounts to identify current, future, and repeat business opportunities; Identify and pursue new business prospects within the market; Confirm and secure business to meet assigned sales targets; Manage incoming sales inquiries from various channels and direct new leads to the appropriate team members; Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability; Assist in the creation and execution of promotional initiatives to boost sales volume; Attend networking events, conduct sales calls, and organize promotional blitzes; Conduct property tours to showcase hotel offerings; Serve as the primary contact for newly secured business and in-house bookings; Prepare and deliver client proposals and contracts; Negotiate pricing and terms for accounts and events; Organize client appreciation events; Meet revenue targets with a focus on growth; Participate in annual business planning and strategy development; Collaborate closely with General Managers and the Area Director of Sales & Marketing; Submit weekly sales action plans outlining activities and results; Maintain current knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and marketing programs; Work alongside Sales, Catering, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams; Address and resolve guest concerns, empowering team members to do the same; Liaise with supporting departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; Attend meetings and training sessions as required; Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Director of Sales & Marketing.Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in hospitality or relevant sales roles, preferably in a multi-property environment; Proven ability to manage and maintain guest/client relationships; Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments; Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, and listening); A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business is advantageous; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems; Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure; Capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment; Valid Class G Driver's license; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.-
