About the Role

Mr Repairs Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment to identify any issues or defects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document equipment performance and any repairs made.
  • Software and Hardware Installation: Install software and hardware, and configure operating system software in preparation for testing and repair.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced technical environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of technical information and repair instructions.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business and ensure timely completion of repairs.
