Remote Work Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting solutions that meet business requirements utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Developing cross-platform integrations to establish optimal architectural patterns for incorporating Marketing Cloud with other business systems (such as CDP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms).
- Architecting and designing custom applications, content blocks, and journey builder activities on the Marketing Cloud platform.
- Conducting comprehensive technical evaluations of clients' Marketing Cloud instances, including suggested solutions for identified challenges.
- Offering mentorship and direction to the Marketing Cloud team on best practices in scripting, journeys, API integration, and marketing automation workflows.
- Performing quality assurance, code reviews, and providing recommendations on solutions implemented by other team members for clients.
- Contributing to the documentation and training for clients' marketing automation systems to ensure they are effectively maintained.
- Designing dashboards and reports to analyze performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Integrating data with data warehouses and data lakes for ETL processes within Marketing Cloud.
- Creating advanced personalized content and journeys within Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Possession of current Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- A strong desire to become an authority in data-driven marketing automation.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of citizenship or visa.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with AMPscript and SSJS scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, including Contact Model, Data Views, and Data Extensions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud data models.
- Experience in planning, segmentation, targeting, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of email marketing and its metrics.
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Datorama and Interaction Studio is a plus.
