Enterprise Architect Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Architects to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our Digital Strategy & Solutions Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects who will work with our customers to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or content architecture, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in these areas. You will also have a proven track record of people management, software presales or sales experience, and strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of architects to advise customers on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.
- Assess customer current-state experience ecosystem architecture, define future-state technical vision, and identify prioritized paths forward.
- Provide technical leadership to sales cycles, overcoming technical blockers and communicating business value to customer team members.
- Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity, driving technical pipeline progression to meet and exceed bookings targets.
- Maintain operational cadence for reporting and updates, effectively communicating deal status to collaborators.
- 10+ years of architecture experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or content architecture.
- 10+ years of people management experience.
- Software presales or sales experience.
- Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with customer IT and marketing leaders.
- Solid understanding of current technical and architectural trends and concepts across key Adobe Experience functional areas of Data, Content, and Journeys.
