About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead our Digital Strategy & Solutions Group. As a Director of Enterprise Architects, you'll manage a team of technical experts who blend business acumen with technical skills to architect solutions for Adobe customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior and principal architects in developing technical strategies and solutions for customers
  • Partner with sales, product management, and delivery teams to drive technical pipeline progression and meet bookings targets
  • Develop and maintain operational cadence for reporting and updates to effectively communicate deal status to collaborators
  • Interact directly with individual contributors and leaders in presales, sales, product management, delivery, and engineering
Requirements
  • 10+ years of architecture experience working with enterprise architecture, data architecture, or content architecture
  • 10+ years of people management experience
  • Software presales or sales experience
  • Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with customer IT and marketing leaders
  • Solid understanding of current technical and architectural trends and concepts across key Adobe Experience functional areas of Data, Content, and Journeys
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas efficiently both verbally and in writing
