Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Summary:
Zortech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead various projects under the Cybersecurity Maturity program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that involve changes to business systems, processes, and programs, as well as financial and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop the terms of the Detailed Project Plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
- Project Execution: Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval, ensuring the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes, and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
- Deliverables: Produce deliverables on time, within budget, and to specification, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
- Communication: Provide timely communications and reporting regarding project risks, issues, and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
- Change Management: Develop project change requests (scope, time, and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing cybersecurity projects and programs.
- Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
