The JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team at Zortech Solutions. As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects as assigned under the Cybersecurity Maturity program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Project Plans: Develop the terms of the Detailed Project Plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
- Project Planning and Execution: Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval. Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
- Deliverables: Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
- Integration and Coordination: Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
- Communication: Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
- Change Management: Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.
- Resource Management: Identify changes to resourcing requirements.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Ministry Project Management Team and will be responsible for managing various projects as assigned under the Cybersecurity Maturity program.
BackgroundThe Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Information Technology Division (ITD), Project Management Office (PMO), is looking for one (1) or more Cybersecurity Project Manager(s) to manage various projects as assigned under the Cybersecurity Maturity program.
