Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a committed team of board members, volunteers, and staff to positively impact youth in the community.
  • Contribute your expertise to areas such as governance, strategic planning, marketing, and financial oversight.
  • Expand your professional and personal connections.
  • Gain insights into the benefits of equine-assisted learning.

Position Type: Volunteer
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per month. Some meetings may be conducted virtually.
Term: Board members serve a two-year term with the possibility of renewal.

Experience Requirements: Previous experience on a board is preferred but not mandatory. No prior experience with horses is required.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
