Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Vinpearl Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon and minimize downtime.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
