Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Vinpearl Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Manage inventory and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work on site and manage a team
Work Environment

Our salon is a beauty shop or aesthetic service, and we require our staff to work on site. There is no option to work remotely.
