Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Vinpearl Nails & Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our beauty service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage Staff by supervising, coordinating, and scheduling their activities, and providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Quality Control and production levels by monitoring and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving and technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees by assisting with settlement needs and facilitating social and labor market integration.
  • Support for Indigenous People by offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities, and providing cultural competency training.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty service or related field.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
