Vice President of Support Services

The Vice President of Support Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational functions of the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all support services align with the strategic goals of the Pacific Rim Aviation Academy.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Coordination: Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; develop and approve promotional strategies; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
- Strategic Development: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or endorse policies and programs that drive success.
- Representation: Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
- Leadership: Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and fostering optimal working conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
