About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our business operations and strategy at Neotex Worldwide Inc. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient use of resources, and implementing process improvements.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a financial or business services industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
