Job Title: Senior Client Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries sales
  • 3+ years' experience selling into digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations
