Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Energy Management Program Specialist to join our team at FortisBC. As a key member of our Commercial and Industrial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial and industrial rebates, driving our conservation programs, and nurturing customer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Facilitate and deliver our commercial and industrial programs by developing a working knowledge of these programs, processes, and systems.
  • Customer Service and Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency, and implement solutions to drive business results.
  • Business Case Development: Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs, including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: A diploma in business, communications, or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three (3) years of recent, related experience in program development.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an elite level of customer service with program stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skillset, with the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Solutions-Oriented: Solutions-oriented with a proven track record of working well with various teams, and a 'get it done right' and 'can do' perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.
