Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Spruce Wood Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and Provide Advice: Conduct thorough analysis of our managerial methods and organization, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop Quality Standards: Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to drive excellence in our operations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance our operational efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Train staff members on new processes and procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective information sharing across the organization.
- Knowledge Management: Manage knowledge and best practices within the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are captured and shared.
- Mentoring: Offer mentoring and coaching to staff members to support their professional development.
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Service Quality Assessment: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager who possesses a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Requirements- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Project Manager role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, IBM SPSS, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Project.
- Area of Work Experience: Education or teaching, entrepreneurship, project coordination, and research and development.
- Area of Specialization: Business management, process improvement, corporate development planning, and business process management.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
