Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Spruce Wood Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with our quality management standards
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance our supply chain operations
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive high-quality products and services
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that our team has access to the latest information and best practices in supply chain management
  • Offer mentoring and coaching to staff members to help them develop their skills and careers
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that our supply chain operations are financially sustainable
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or logistics
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
