Position Overview

Royal Star Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeping Supervisor to oversee our landscape operations. This role involves managing a team and ensuring the upkeep of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event and Program Scheduling: Organize and coordinate various activities and events.
  • Work Management: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for the team.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: Direct and plan maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality landscapes.
  • Resource Estimation: Estimate labor and material requirements for projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of work performed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain landscaping equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues and provide technical guidance to enhance productivity.
Supervisory Role

Manage a team of 11-15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
