Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at 555714 B.C. Ltd. dba Brikers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement of goods
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and perform routine clerical duties
  • Prepare and submit reports, and maintain work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, and perform general office duties
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, and compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders, and keep track of shipments
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
