We're seeking a seasoned VP of Strategy to drive our strategic initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships. As a collaborative leader, you'll develop impactful campaigns, shape the future of the industry, and help build brands that matter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create smart strategies that tackle business challenges and deliver results that truly matter.
  • Support Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative teams to shape standout ideas that make an impact and ensure all plans stay focused on overall goals.
  • Guide Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with different specialties to turn data and insights into strategies that drive success.
  • Drive Results: Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure they build brand value and deliver strong results.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in a strategy role at a communications, PR, marketing, and/or advertising agency.
  • Experience leading teams across different specialties and building strong client relationships.
  • Diverse portfolio and proven experience leading campaigns that make an impact on culture and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional understanding of branding and consumer motivations.
  • Educational background in a relevant field (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).
  • Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a bonus.
