Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
