Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time contractor to join our team as a Classroom Facilitator Instructor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students of different age groups, develop their teaching skills, and be part of a fun, inclusive, and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workshops on social and emotional skills to students in Kindergarten to Grade 10
  • Work with students of different age groups and abilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of the program
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and/or French
  • Previous experience working in a classroom setting with students
  • Social and empathetic skills, with the ability to engage and interact with students
  • Ability to drive to different schools in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Part-time work, with a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Motivated and able to work autonomously

Contract Details
  • Contract length: 10 months (September to June)
  • Salary: $16.55-$35.00 per hour
