Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Fashion Lecturer to join our team at LCI Education. As a Fashion Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering fashion-related courses, covering topics such as fashion history, design, manufacturing, and contemporary trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver class sessions in a dynamic, efficient, and structured manner.
  • Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach.
  • Administer and correct assessments.
  • Monitor each student and encourage success.
  • Be available to students to promote their development of the targeted skill.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned.
  • Teaching or have teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five years.
  • Have practised a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two years.

Professional Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English is a requirement for this role.
