Underwriting Specialist, Middle Market Expert

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Specialist to join our Middle Market team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As an Underwriting Specialist, you will be responsible for customizing solutions for our clients who require advice on mid-market Construction and Manufacturing risks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our Actuarial and Claims departments to gain a holistic understanding of each risk and make informed Underwriting decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and clients.
- Utilize your technical skills to assess risks properly and provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
**Requirements**
- 7+ years of Underwriting experience, preferably with a focus on Mid-Market Construction or Manufacturing.
- Strong customer service background and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Team-first mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others.
