Job Summary

This is a high-volume, diverse, and fast-paced role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the academic department, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and communicating with students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Manage and coordinate academic schedules, including course registration and room bookings
  • Coordinate events and activities, including conferences, workshops, and seminars
  • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff via email, phone, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business administration, education)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
