We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our Delta - Ladner location.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment, adhering to Kin's policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Share your knowledge of our products and answer customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Process transactions smoothly and accurately using cash registers.
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality products.
  • Engage customers by promoting products through demonstrations and offering helpful suggestions.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking new inventory according to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to learn and memorize product codes quickly.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
  • Food Safe Training is beneficial.
  • First Aid Training is a plus.
