Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Management Team in generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and provide excellent customer service to drive business growth
  • Support Store Management Team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing to maximize sales potential
  • Operate POS systems and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts and adhere to Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours
