Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of the PVH team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with merchandise displayed in a way that maximizes sales potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and respect among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
