Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
