Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Fiddleheads Health & Nutrition. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our coffee shop and retail business to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the coffee shop and retail business.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources and achieve sales targets.
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet sales targets and customer demand.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail sales and management.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
