Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and product offerings.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
