Community Engagement Specialist

Lululemon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Specialist to join our team. As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the store's community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities.
Key Responsibilities- Community Engagement: Collaborate with store leadership to bring the community strategy to life, focusing on community foundations and guest experience.
- Relationship Building: Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors, sweat collective members, studio owners, and lululemon studio partners to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
- Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub.
- Guest Experience: Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
- Event Planning: Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
- Product Seeding: Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
- Business Insights: Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding community events, projects, or initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
- Travel: Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
- Cumulative Experience: 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
