Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts payable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
