About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at B D Convenience Store. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
