This temporary position offers the potential for extension and plays a crucial role in supporting the Employee Experience (EX) team. The EX Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the Employee Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring the effective and professional execution of onboarding, HR initiatives, processes, and services throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate comprehensive EX documentation, including offer letters, promotion notifications, performance management records, and compensation adjustments.
- Facilitate smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experiences for new employees, while also aiding in offboarding procedures to ensure a positive transition for departing team members, collaborating closely with IT, Facilities, Finance, and Learning & Development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems.
- Identify and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall employee experience.
- Manage the general EX inbox, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary.
- Collaborate with the EX team to support internal talent initiatives and stay informed about relevant legislation, communications, and policies.
- Assist with the daily operations of the EX department through various administrative and coordination tasks.
- Work in partnership with EX Business Partners to ensure operational alignment across the organization.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including enrollment assistance, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, committed to finding effective solutions and fostering a supportive environment for employees.
- Act as a central point of contact for EX-related support, information, and guidance, promoting a collaborative and employee-focused atmosphere.
- Serve as a backup for the Office & Facilities Manager as needed.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as Smart Recruiter, BambooHR, and others.
