Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to help your team meet performance goals.
- Offer guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of management, including key holding duties and responsibilities for opening and closing.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring restocking, seasonal transitions, inventory management, pricing, and signage are effectively managed through staff oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a retail environment.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a mentoring or coaching role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
