About the Role

Nedco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Prince George. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and onboarding new accounts, developing strategies to increase sales growth, and conducting regular account visits to achieve determined account coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and onboard new accounts to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to support monthly sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in the company CRM
  • Facilitate excellent customer service between project, branch, and operational teams

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Electrical experience is a must-have
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software
