Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Oversee the preparation of reports, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide support with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
